FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What types of materials do you use? Who makes your pieces?

Our jewelry is made with solid 14K Yellow Gold , 14K Rose Gold, or 14K White Gold. Janelle Gray, our founder, gives her design eye and guides each piece through production. All of our pieces are made in New England. We utilize family owned and operated businesses from New York to Rhode Island.  All of our stones are hand selected by Certified Gemologists and jewelry experts.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We will process all payments through PayPal. We can also process through Venmo, if requested.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Before being sent into production, each custom piece must be approved and paid for by a client. Custom items take two to three weeks from day of payment. If you are working with a deadline, please email info@moynelle.com and we will try our best to accommodate your needs.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship domestically via UPS. We require a signature for delivery, as we want to ensure each piece reaches the right hands. If you want to ship an item outside of the United States, please email info@moynelle.com. Moynelle is not responsible for the loss of an item during the shipping period. The client is responsible for filing the claim with the shipping service.

Do you have a return policy? What if I need a repair?

Every piece of Moynelle is custom and made to order. With this in mind, we do not offer returns or refunds. Our pieces are final sale.

At Moynelle, our jewelry is heirloom quality. If you do have a stone or piece that needs to be repaired, please email info@moynelle.com where we can discuss the repair needed. In the event of the loss of a stone, the client is responsible to re-purchase the stone, but Moynelle will pay for the repair fee. The client is responsible for any associated shipping costs.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Our jewelry should not be cleaned with an ultrasonic machine, as this may cause the stones to become brittle or crack over time. We recommend a gentle toothbrush, soaked in soapy water, to lightly clean the diamonds and gemstones in our jewelry.
